Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a British-Nigerian mixed race child was born into an ethnically diverse family from South London. Her father is a Nigerian-Swiss, as is her mom who's English. She was raised on the south London Council Estate. She went to The Brit School aged 14. She studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. In her time at the school, she performed in numerous stage plays, such as King Henry V's Princess Katherine or Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe began her acting career with the film Storm Damage. The actress has been an actor in Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer was the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred alongside Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. Then, she played Elisha in an episode of the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie in the six episodes from Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. The ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl was her first appearance in 2008 as Bambi. Madekwe also starred as the lead character in How to lose friends & make people feel alienated that was aired by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in 2008. A couple of her credits on stage include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe was cast as Ashley Davenport for ABC's Drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode series aired for just 2 weeks at The CW and then it ended. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. In May of 2013, it was announced that Madekwe, who been a series regular in the past two seasons, would be leaving the show with a guest appearance on the premier episode of the season's new episode. She was Tituba on the television show Salem from 2014 to 2016. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. They both appeared on Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also starred as partners in Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress, who was born into an extended family. Her parents were Roy and Patty Leggat. Her parents, Roy and Patty along with her four brothers, Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. Ashley's brothers, who are all sportsmen, played baseball in summers and played hockey in winters. Ashley did not walk; instead, she was a dancer. In the age of two and half, she found Baby Ballet. Ashley was hooked on dance since that time. Ashley was a top competitor in divisions of tap, jazz hip hop, ballet lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe, until she finished in high school. Additionally, she was awarded best soloist awards at all major dance contests, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
